At Voxefy ("the Service"), an AI voice agent platform operated by Just On Point ("we", "the Company"), we take the privacy of your data and that of your contacts seriously.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Voxefy is a platform that makes and receives automated phone calls with AI-based voice agents on behalf of its customers (sales, customer support, collections, surveys and appointment confirmation).
The Service is operated by Just On Point and is available at voxefy.justonpoint.com and app.voxefy.justonpoint.com. For any privacy matter you can reach us at privacy@justonpoint.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: name, email, company, phone and the credentials you use to access the dashboard.
- Contact data you upload: phone numbers and any details of the people you ask Voxefy to call (your contact lists, CRM data or spreadsheets).
- Call data: recordings, transcripts, duration, outcome and metadata of the calls made or received through the platform.
- Usage data: how you use the dashboard, logs, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP.
- Billing data: the information needed to process payments, handled through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy.
3. How we use your information
We use the information to:
- Provide and operate the Service, including placing the calls you configure.
- Generate transcripts, summaries and reports of your calls.
- Improve the quality, accuracy and naturalness of our voice agents.
- Provide support, send service notifications and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and process billing.
4. Call recording and transcription
Calls made or received through Voxefy may be recorded and transcribed so you can review them and so we can improve the Service.
As the customer, you are responsible for informing the people you call that the conversation is handled by an automated assistant and may be recorded, in accordance with the regulations of each country.
5. Our role and yours
For your account data, Voxefy acts as the data controller.
For the contact data you upload and the resulting calls, you are the controller and Voxefy acts as the data processor: we only process that data to provide the Service and following your documented instructions.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that are necessary to operate the Service, under confidentiality and data-processing agreements:
- Voice and language model providers, to generate and understand speech.
- Telephony providers, to place and receive the calls.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Payment processors: Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider and merchant of record for billing).
- Authorities, when required by law.
7. International transfers
Voxefy operates with providers that may be located in other countries. When we transfer data internationally, we apply appropriate safeguards so it stays protected to the standard described in this policy.
8. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your data at any time; we will delete it except where we must keep it to comply with legal or billing obligations.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures —encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring— to protect your information. No system is completely infallible, but we work continuously to keep your data safe.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you can access, correct, delete or export your data, as well as object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@justonpoint.com and we will respond within the legally established timeframe.
11. Analytics and service improvement
We use product analytics tools such as PostHog to understand, in aggregate, how our customers interact with our website and dashboard, and to improve the Service.
We use this information responsibly: we do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
12. Minors
Voxefy is a tool for businesses and professionals and is not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service or in regulations. We will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, where relevant, will notify you.
